Lost Windows Server 2008 R2 Admin Password - Sys admins worst nightmare

Ever been in this situation before?
I have - today was the second time (how dumb of me).

But the following boot disk helped me: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
It works just fine on Windows Server 2008 R2.

I tried another workaround suggested elsewhere which involved replacing the Utilman.exe with cmd.exe via the Repair option (Install disk) - but it works fine only for Windows Server 2008 and not R2.
In R2 - you quickly realize that in the command prompt via Repair option, you have access only to the C:\Users folder and nothing else.

Good Luck!!!
